Muscular system
The muscular system is responsible for all movements of the human body.There are approximately 700 named muscles, and they are attached to the bones via tendons. There are different muscles groups that control each and every part of the body. The muscles make up about half of a healthy person's body weight. Muscles can be skeletal, such as the ones in the picture above, but muscles are also in the heart, blood vessels, and digestive organs are composed of muscle.
