(Mrs. Nixon, I apologize for this being late).
The twenty percent project is finally completed! Well, the presentations are at least. Kameron and I had some pitfalls in our project and two of our system pages did not get completed. But we plan on working and developing this website further to include not only the anatomy section, but also the medical terminology regarding each individual system. Throughout this project, I recognized a couple of things about myself: 1. I procrastinate too often. 2. I really enjoy anatomy and the content involved. The twenty percent project was a good experience because I was able to expand my thinking.
The idea to create a website involving anatomy derived from my love for science. I sat in class and pondered what I was going to do for this project. I thought, this is medical terminology. Why do we need to do a project about a random topic? Well, I still do not completely understand that aspect, but I thought if I must do this project, it might as well be about something I love. The course of this project was difficult, mainly to gain the motivation do complete it. The time limit given to us was reasonable, though due to my procrastination on this project I wish I could have had more time to add in addition medical terminology resources.
Next semester I plan on adding in the medical terminology information to my six sections, but we will see what happens. I hope to continue on with this website and I hope people are able to use it to benefit themselves in their knowledge and learning process. I enjoyed listening to other people’s projects, their successes, and their failures. Knowing Kameron and I were not the only procrastinators was nice, but I was happy with the product Kameron and I created.
